The electronic rotor is commonly produced using a cast aluminum rotor, where the rotor cage, end ring, and fan blades are formed in a single process, which bolsters operational dependability. The stator employs an external pressure-mounted design, and the use of F-class insulation material, anti-corona material, and vacuum impregnation treatment ensures exceptional insulation properties, protection against moisture, and resistance to impact. The motor bearings utilize rolling bearings (motors H500 and below with 2-level power use sliding bearings), providing enhanced protection.
