Description

The Schorch brand YKK 3 phase induction motor squirrel cage boasts a globally favored box-type design. The frame and end cover are expertly welded together using steel plates, resulting in a product that is both lightweight and exceptionally sturdy. The removable top cover or cooler facilitates easy inspection and access to the motor's interior, which greatly aids in installation and maintenance tasks. The junction box, constructed with a sealed design, is typically affixed to the motor's right side when viewed from the shaft's extended end. However, the unit can also be configured for mounting on the left side to accommodate user preferences. The box's entrance hole is positioned downward, and the unit features separate grounding terminals both inside and outside the box.

The stator is crafted from class F insulating material and incorporate vacuum pressure impregnation technology (VPI), a magnetic slot wedge design, and secure end fixation. These motors deliver exceptional insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and robust moisture resistance, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
