Explosion-proof motors need to do a series of preparatory work before use, in order to ensure that explosion-proof motors in operation can maintain the normal state, this step is very critical, then we need to do those jobs before use?
I. Preparation
1. Collect materials according to the assembly task list (according to the motor assembly material list)
2. Parts cleaning
a. Wipe off oil and dirt and blow out dust from end cover, seat, junction box seat, box cover and other parts.
b. Dip-painting stator core surface, especially rotor mating surface inspection, shoveling paint tumors, cleaning coil debris.
c. Clear the rotor surface debris.
II.Assembly
1. Press in the stator according to the size of the stator inlet case, and align the position of the lead wire with the outlet port.
2. Press the shaft extension end of the rotor into the bearing.
3. front and rear end caps and rotor, waveform gasket into the seat (assembly of all the explosion-proof surface coated with 204 anti-rust oil), and then pressed into the rear end cap bearings, bearing cover, and then turn the axle extension by hand to check whether it is flexible.
4. install the terminal box on the terminal cover or terminal board, the stator lead wire re-stripping, according to the requirements of access to the terminal, installed on the junction box seat (explosion-proof surface coated with 204 rust-proof oil) and then installed on the seat of the box and other components
5. nameplate according to the motor model, the right number into the seat, placed on the motor, ready to test.
III. Testing
1. Whether the data meets the requirements of the motor specifications corresponding to the nameplate.
2. After passing the test, cover the box (labeled with wiring diagrams) and order the nameplate.
IV.spray paint
Whether the data meet the requirements of the motor specifications corresponding to the nameplate.
2.Apply grease to the nameplate, add a protective cover to the shaft extension, and hang it into the painting frame.
3. Paint according to the requirements of the product “Paint Finishing Process Code”. Paint the windshield separately at the same time. Paint the “Ex” mark and the concave part of the vertical end cap with red paint.
V. Installation of wind blade and wind shield
After the motor is dried, install the wind blade, wind shield and external grounding screws, external grounding mark, wipe the nameplate clear, apply anti-rust oil to the shaft extension, and install the key sleeve on the bushing.
VI.each motor into the test bench, first run half an hour, one by one performance testing, make a good test record, check the test
Final inspection
Load the manual, certificate of conformity, the final inspection by the inspector, after passing the inspection into the warehouse (need to be packaged after packaging into the warehouse).
