Renovation introduction
The target of this transformation is the world’s leading printing company, which is a benchmark enterprise in the printing industry. The transformation module is the fan transformation of a single air-conditioning fan cabinet. Wolong Energy Saving provided it with a comprehensive no-pressure trial plan and carried out a comprehensive renovation and upgrade of the air-conditioning wind cabinet.
From preliminary research and energy-saving audit, to program evaluation, and finally to trial signing and delivery operation, it only took one week. Renovation process
1. Construction environment deployment
Before the renovation, safety arrangements were made for the on-site environment, warning signs were posted, and the construction area was delineated to ensure a safe construction environment.
2. Original machine data collection
Before construction, when the original air-conditioning fan cabinet fan was operating normally, we collected relevant data such as its operating power, wind speed, air volume, and energy consumption.
3. Dismantling of original equipment
One wind cabinet of the original equipment contains three fans, which were severely rusted and corroded. After disassembly, we will thoroughly clean the interior to ensure that the inside of the wind cabinet is clean and free of foreign matter.
4. Wolong EC fan installation
After fixing the brackets and partitions, we replaced and installed a Wolong high-efficiency smart fan and conducted a series of operating tests to ensure the smooth operation of the smart fan.
5. Thoroughly clean the wind cabinet
After the renovation was completed, the inside and outside of the air-conditioning hood were thoroughly cleaned, and the floor was swept to truly achieve a comprehensive renovation and upgrade.
Energy saving data analysis
Wolong Energy Saving’s energy-saving transformation can replace three original forward-inclined centrifugal fans with only one Wolong high-efficiency smart fan. Under the same production environment and working conditions, it uses extremely low operating power to generate greater air volume and Wind speed. The energy saving rate of a single fan is as high as 78.8%, achieving amazing energy saving and operating effects. This energy-saving renovation is a benchmark lighthouse project in the printing industry.
