The way to take out the stator core and windings is as follows.
1. Beat the copper rod around the iron core of the explosion-proof belt motor
Put one end of the stator upside down on a cylinder, the size of the cylinder is similar to the outer diameter of the end cover, pierce the end surface of the stator core of the back end cover with a copper rod or iron rod, and hit with a hammer around the iron core Copper rod until the stator core and windings are separated from the back end cover. When hitting, the copper rod should not damage the windings, and the bottom of the cylinder should be padded with soft objects such as cotton yarn to prevent the windings from being damaged when the stator falls.
2. Impact the stator and cylinder of the explosion-proof belt motor
Put the stator and the rear end cover upside down on the cylinder. The bottom of the cylinder should be cushioned with soft things such as cotton yarn. The explosion-proof motor stator and the cylinder should be hugged together by hand until the stator core is separated from the back end cover to stop; Use the rotor to hit the end cover to generate a reaction force to promote the separation of the stator core from the end cover. The method is to hold one end of the rotor shaft with your hand and pierce the other end into the end cover bearing, and then forcefully hit it from the outside to the inside again and again.
